HistoryStarted in 2002, American Records Management is a fresh face in the world of off-site document storage companies. Since ARM is a division of American Van & Storage, its employees already know the business of transporting important documents and the storage of these same sensitive items. Boasting a brand new state of the art warehouse and a staff dedicated to serving your companies specific needs, ARM is the solution to your file storage problems. Our warehouse is located on Elkton-Newark Road in Newark, DE, just minutes from I-95 (see map). Our service radius includes all three counties of Delaware, along with the Baltimore metropolitan area, Philadelphia metropolitan area, and southern New Jersey. We have a fleet of late-model trucks available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle any size order. We here at ARM feel our greatest strength is our ability to adapt to the individual needs of each client. We are a division of a corporation, which allows us a lot of freedom to customize our service package to each client's needs. Unlike our larger competitors who have strict guidelines already in place that may not work best for your office protocol, ARM is willing to do what it takes to provide the best service possible.
